Payments, Deadlines & Policies

  • Deposit: 50% due at sign-up (non-refundable)
  • Balance: due 90 days before sailing
  • Invoice sent upon approval (card/ACH accepted)

Deadlines

Policies

  • Deposits non-refundable; full refunds only if organizer cancels

  • Respect IP/copyright; counterfeit/bootleg goods are prohibited

FAQ

Do onboard vendors need to be cruise passengers?

Yes. Onboard vending is only available to guests booked on the cruise.

Are tables and chairs included?

Yes. Standard includes one 6 ft table + 2 chairs; Premium includes priority placement and space for a banner/rack.

Do I need a seller’s permit or to collect sales tax?

Vendors are responsible for obtaining any required permits and collecting/remitting applicable taxes.

Can I share a table?

Table sharing is permitted with prior approval; all businesses must be listed on the application.

What about food vendors?

Food vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance and comply with venue/ship food handling policies.
